The concept of the Fund's activities is, of course, based on partnership programmes. One of the Foundation's main programmes is to assist servicemen and their families and the population of the liberated territories. Establishing partnerships with representatives of territorial administrative bodies, medical and rehabilitation institutions, social protection agencies, and divisions of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
Supporting representatives of the clergy operating in the above-mentioned territories, forming principles of inter-confessional solidarity and mutual assistance.
In this regard, the Foundation has contacts with federal and regional ministries, departments, representatives of the highest clergy of various spiritual confessions.
The Foundation is fully open to contacts and partnerships in the implementation of its statutory objectives.
The Foundation coordinates its activities with the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation and the Federal Assembly-Parliament of Russia.
